- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 Onions (grated)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/4 cup Tomato Purée
- 2 tbsp Cashew Nut Paste
- 2-3 tbsp Curd
- 4 Green Chillies (sliced)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Salt (as required)
- 1 & 1/2 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves (crushed)
- Coriander Sprig (for garnish)
