Preparation of Marination

  • 500 gms Chicken Cubes (boneless)
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)

For the Gravy

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Onions (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Purée
  • 2 tbsp Cashew Nut Paste
  • 2-3 tbsp Curd
  • 4 Green Chillies (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves (crushed)
  • Coriander Sprig (for garnish)
