Soft Beer Bread
How to make delicious bread using beer!
INGREDIENTS
- 560g (4 cups) of flour
- 7g (2 tsp) of dry yeast
- 12g (2 tsp) of salt
- 340ml (1 1/2 cups) of beer
- 15ml (1 tbsp) of extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
- In a bowl add the flour add yeast, salt, beer, extra virgin olive oil, and mix all together. When all is well combined knead the dough until smooth.
- Grease the bowl with oil and transfer the dough into it. Let it rise for 2 hours or until it doubled.
- After time has elapsed knead stretch the dough and knead again to remove the bubbles. Transfer the dough into the oiled bowl and sprinkle with flour on top and let it rise for 40 minutes.
- Transfer the dough into the pot with parchment paper and sprinkle with more flour on top.
- Bake in the oven at 230°C/450°F for 30 minutes.
