2-Minute Mug Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Egg (55g)(room temperature)
- 1 tbsp Cane sugar(or Granulated sugar)
- 2 tbsp Soy milk(or Milk)
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 3 tbsp Oatmeal (Quick Oatmeal)
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1/3 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Chocolate chips
Directions
- In a 10-ounce (300ml) mug or larger, mix all ingredients (except the Chocolate chips) until just combined.
- Once combined, chocolate chips on top of the batter.
- lightly cover with plastic wrap
- Microwave about 2 minutes at 600W watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).
