2-Minute Mug Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg (55g)(room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp Cane sugar(or Granulated sugar)
  • 2 tbsp Soy milk(or Milk)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp Oatmeal (Quick Oatmeal)
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/3 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a 10-ounce (300ml) mug or larger, mix all ingredients (except the Chocolate chips) until just combined.
  2. Once combined, chocolate chips on top of the batter.
  3. lightly cover with plastic wrap
  4. Microwave about 2 minutes at 600W watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).
