Kiwi marshmallow
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml water
- 140g kiwi
- 240g sugar
- 12g gelatin
- 5g spirulina
- Cornstarch
- Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Blend the kiwis and strain them, pour them into a pot, add sugar, water, mix and wait for it to boil.
- Add the soaked gelatin leaves and mix.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and beat well until you get a thick white mixture. Add the spirulina and continue mixing.
- Mix powdered sugar and cornstarch.
- Pour in the kiwi mixture, sprinkle powdered sugar mixture on top and refrigerate for 5 hours. Cut into small squares.
