Preparation of the Stuffing

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 3 Green Chillies (chopped)
  • 1 cup Fenugreek Leaves (chopped)
  • 1 cup Cashew Nuts
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
  • 1 tsp Raw Mango Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2-3 tsp Sugar
  • 200 gms Paneer (crumbled)
  • 4 Potatoes (boiled, peeled, mashed)
  • Salt (as required)

Frying the Tikkis

  • Cornstarch Slurry
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Oil (as required)
  • Chaat Masala (for garnish)
