Puffed rice cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 100ml cream
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 100g puffed rice
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 30ml coffee
  • Cocoa powder

METHOD

  1. Mix puffed rice and melted dark chocolate in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a silicone muffin tray and shape into cups. Let it set for 1 hour. Whip the cream until thick. Add icing sugar and coffee and mix carefully.
  3. Fill the cups with the coffee cream, sprinkle with cocoa powder and decorate with the coffee beans.
