Puffed rice cups
INGREDIENTS
- 100ml cream
- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g puffed rice
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 30ml coffee
- Cocoa powder
METHOD
- Mix puffed rice and melted dark chocolate in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone muffin tray and shape into cups. Let it set for 1 hour. Whip the cream until thick. Add icing sugar and coffee and mix carefully.
- Fill the cups with the coffee cream, sprinkle with cocoa powder and decorate with the coffee beans.
