  • 1 ½ cups light brown sugar, firmly packed (300g)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (100g)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (250g)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 1 batch homemade marshmallow frosting or 6-8 cups store-bought marshmallow fluff (make sure to link)
