Gratin broccoli with bechamel

INGREDIENTS

  • Broccoli 1/2 tsp Salt 500g (2 cups) Bechamel sauce 50g Parmesan cheese

METHOD

  1. Boil 1 broccoli head for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Cut it and transfer it to the baking pan with bechamel sauce and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake at 170’C (340’F) for 30 minutes.
