Hazelnut cream cookies
How to cook Hazelnut cream cookies:

INGREDIENTS
- 190g (2/3 cup) hazelnut cream
- 150g (1 1/4 cups) flour
- 1 egg
- hazelnut cream (for decoration)
- hazelnut grain (for decoration)
METHOD
- In a bowl mix hazelnut cream with an egg until smooth.
- Add flour and start to mix the mixture with a spatula or whisk, then continue to knead with your hands until you receive an elastic dough.
- Form small balls from the obtained dough.
- Arrange balls on the baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Press the top of each ball with your finger to obtain a small hole in the middle of the cookie.
- Bake in the preheated to 180C/360F oven for 10 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool a bit, then fill each hole with some more hazelnut cream and decorate with hazelnut grain.
