Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups unsalted butter, softened (280g)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (280g) (see note)
- 1 ½ cups light brown sugar, firmly packed (300g)
- ½ cup granulated sugar (100g)
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (250g)
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon table salt
- 1 batch homemade marshmallow frosting or 6-8 cups store-bought marshmallow fluff (make sure to link)
