Ingredients:

  • 2kls. Liempo
  • Seasoning Paste
  • 1/3 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp salt for liempo skin
  • Spring Onion
  • 5 stalks Lemongrass
  • 1 bulb chopped garlic
  • 1 sliced Red onion

Milk Mixture for Basting:

  • 1/4 cup Evap
  • 1/8 cup water
