- Seasoning Paste
- 1/3 cup oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp crushed black pepper
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp salt for liempo skin
- Spring Onion
- 5 stalks Lemongrass
- 1 bulb chopped garlic
- 1 sliced Red onion
Milk Mixture for Basting:
- 1/4 cup Evap
- 1/8 cup water
