How to cook Tanghulu:



  • Strawberries
  • Tangerines
  • Skewer
  • 200g sugar
  • 100ml water


  1. Peel several tangerines. Remove the stem of each washed strawberry. Fit a skewer into each fruit.
  2. Pour sugar into a pot, add water and let the sugar dissolve in the water without mixing. Place over medium heat until boiling. Do not mix.
  3. Then cook on low heat for 16-19 minutes.
  4. Dip each fruit into the syrup using the skewer. Let set.
