How to cook Tanghulu:
- 200g sugar
- 100ml water
- Peel several tangerines. Remove the stem of each washed strawberry. Fit a skewer into each fruit.
- Pour sugar into a pot, add water and let the sugar dissolve in the water without mixing. Place over medium heat until boiling. Do not mix.
- Then cook on low heat for 16-19 minutes.
- Dip each fruit into the syrup using the skewer. Let set.
