Banana cake in a pan

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs 120g (½ cup) sugar Pinch of salt 80ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil 130g (½ cup) caramel yogurt 16g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar 130g (1 cup) flour 8g (2 tsp) baking powder 1 banana

METHOD

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar and a pinch of salt. Add oil and caramel yogurt. Mix. Add baking powder and sift flour. Mix well.
  2. Grease the pan with butter and flour.
  3. Cut the banana and arrange the pieces in the pan. Sprinkle the bananas with sugar, and then pour the prepared mixture over the bananas.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the cake over and bake for another 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
