Banana cake in a pan
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs 120g (½ cup) sugar Pinch of salt 80ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil 130g (½ cup) caramel yogurt 16g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar 130g (1 cup) flour 8g (2 tsp) baking powder 1 banana
METHOD
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar and a pinch of salt. Add oil and caramel yogurt. Mix. Add baking powder and sift flour. Mix well.
- Grease the pan with butter and flour.
- Cut the banana and arrange the pieces in the pan. Sprinkle the bananas with sugar, and then pour the prepared mixture over the bananas.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the cake over and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
