Breaded zucchini rolls-up
How to cook Breaded zucchini rolls-up:
- 3 zucchini
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Cooked ham
- Slice the zucchini with the vegetable shredder into medium slices. Then pass the slices into the olive oil and cover with breadcrumbs.
- Transfer the slices to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and season them with salt and oregano. Bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
- Arrange the pieces of cheese and of the ham on each slice and roll them. Close them with a toothpick.
- Bake them for 10 more minutes at 180°C/360°F until they are golden brown.
