Puff pastry wrapped asparagus
How to cook Puff pastry wrapped asparagus:
- Puff pastry 500g asparagus 200g cheese 200g ham Sesame seed Egg wash
- Cook the asparagus in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Roll the asparagus in the cheese and ham.
- Divide the puff pastry into 8 pieces.
- Insert rolled asparagus into each piece and fold diagonally.
- Coat the dough with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 400°F/200°C for 20 minutes. Serve.
