Puff pastry wrapped asparagus

INGREDIENTS

  • Puff pastry 500g asparagus 200g cheese 200g ham Sesame seed Egg wash

METHOD

  1. Cook the asparagus in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Roll the asparagus in the cheese and ham.
  3. Divide the puff pastry into 8 pieces.
  4. Insert rolled asparagus into each piece and fold diagonally.
  5. Coat the dough with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Bake at 400°F/200°C for 20 minutes. Serve.
