Oreo Upside Down Cheese Cake

Ingredients

15cm square Cake Pan

  • 200g Cream cheese
  • 60g Cane sugar(or granulated sugar)
  • 1Egg (55g)
  • 110g Greek yogurt(sweetened)
  • 10g Cornstarch

Directions

Preparation:

Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃ .
①Line a cake pan with parchment paper, then line the bottom with Oreos. Set aside.
②Cream cheese 600w 40 seconds microwave.
③Add sugar, beaten eggs, drained yogurt, and cornstarch, in that order.
Mix well until smooth.
④Pour the batter over the Oreos.
⑤Bake it in the preheated oven 338 °F/170℃ for 30 mins.
Turn down the oven heat to 302 °F/150℃ , and bake for 15 mins.
⑥Let it cool completely. Let it sit in a fridge overnight.
