  • FRESH CORIANDER 1 CUP (PACKED)
  • GINGER 1 INCH (SLICED)
  • GREEN CHILLIES 7-8 NOS.
  • TAMARIND PULP 1/3 CUP
  • JAGGERY 2 TBSP
  • PANI PURI MASALA
  • WATER 500 ML
  • ICE CUBES 2-3 NOS.
  • WATER 1 LITRE

Tamarind Chutney

Ingredients:

  • DATES 250 GRAMS (SEEDLESS)
  • TAMARIND 75 GRAMS (SEEDLESS)
  • JAGGERY 750 GRAMS
  • KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TBSP
  • CUMIN POWDER 1 TBSP
  • BLACK SALT 1 TSP
  • GINGER POWDER 1/2 TSP
  • BLACK PEPPER POWDER A PINCH
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • WATER 1 LITRE

Puri

Ingredients:

  • KARKARA AATA 3/4 CUP
  • BAARIK RAVA 1/4 CUP
  • PAPAD KHAR 1/8 TSP
  • WATER 1/3 CUP + 1 TBSP
