Stuffed mini buns

INGREDIENTS

  • 200ml (4/5 cup) milk 3g (1 tsp) dry yeast 30g (2 tbsp) sugar 300g (2 cups) flour 3g (1 tsp) salt 30g (2 tbsp) butter Cheese Jam

METHOD

  1. Pour milk, yeast, sugar, salt, and flour into a bowl. Knead the dough. Add butter to the dough. Knead well. Leave to rest for 90 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into 12 balls.
  3. Leave the balls to rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Roll the balls with a rolling pin. Add jam to half of the balls and cheese to the other half.
  5. Cut the dough into strips and then roll it out. Put in a muffin tin and let rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Coat the banshee with egg and bake at 360°F/180°C for 25 minutes. Serve.
