Stuffed mini buns
INGREDIENTS
- 200ml (4/5 cup) milk 3g (1 tsp) dry yeast 30g (2 tbsp) sugar 300g (2 cups) flour 3g (1 tsp) salt 30g (2 tbsp) butter Cheese Jam
METHOD
- Pour milk, yeast, sugar, salt, and flour into a bowl. Knead the dough. Add butter to the dough. Knead well. Leave to rest for 90 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12 balls.
- Leave the balls to rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll the balls with a rolling pin. Add jam to half of the balls and cheese to the other half.
- Cut the dough into strips and then roll it out. Put in a muffin tin and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Coat the banshee with egg and bake at 360°F/180°C for 25 minutes. Serve.
