- 1 lb ground turkey
- thick cut bacon
- bell peppers red and green
- sweet onion
- chicken powder or salt pepper garlic and onion powder italian seasoning parsely flakes
- milk
- 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs or you can use a little more
- 2 large eggs
- 2Tbls ketchup
- worcestershire sauce
- sauce ketchup and honey
