Searing the Chicken

  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 500 gms Chicken
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt (as required)

Preparation of the Curry Paste

  • 2 Onions (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Mint Leaves
  • 10-12 Garlic Cloves (peeled)
  • 6-8 Green Chillies
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 1-inch Ginger (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Curd

For the Curry

  • Water (as required)
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder

For Garnish

  • Mint Leaves
  • Ginger & Green Chillies
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • Garam Masala Powder
