How to cook Rolled duchess:
- 600g potatoes 2 egg yolks 60g butter, melted 1 tsp nutmeg Salt & pepper Olive oil Skewers Parsley
- Peel the potatoes cut them in three and cook them in water until they are quite soft. Mash the potato, add melted butter, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a piping bag and make several textured skewers.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
