INGREDIENTS

  • 600g potatoes 2 egg yolks 60g butter, melted 1 tsp nutmeg Salt & pepper Olive oil Skewers Parsley

METHOD

  1. Peel the potatoes cut them in three and cook them in water until they are quite soft. Mash the potato, add melted butter, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a piping bag and make several textured skewers.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
