Salt and Pepper Tofu, Lemon Garlic Tofu, Tofu Fried Chicken

Salt and Pepper Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 400g regular tofu (freeze, thaw and press for 2-3 time)
  • *Salt and Pepper Mix:
  • 1 tsp himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp five spice powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • *sprinkle of salt and pepper mix
  • 2 tbsp almond milk

Air Fry at 375F for 12-15 minutes, flip halfway

Other Ingredients:

  • 2-3 pcs bellpeppers
  • 1 white onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • red chilies (optional)
  • spring onion for garnish

Lemon Garlic Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 400g regular tofu (freeze, thaw and press for 2-3 times)

Coating and Marinade:

  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • pinch of lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Air Fry at 375F for 12-15 minutes, flip halfway

Lemon Garlic Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • garnish with fried garlic and spring onion.

Tofu Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 400g tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing)
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup sweet potato powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • additional sweet potato powder for coating
  • salt to taste

airfry at 200° C for 18-20 minutes (flip halfway)
