How to cook Salt and Pepper Tofu, Lemon Garlic Tofu, Tofu Fried Chicken:

Salt and Pepper Tofu
Ingredients:
- 400g regular tofu (freeze, thaw and press for 2-3 time)
- *Salt and Pepper Mix:
- 1 tsp himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp five spice powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- *sprinkle of salt and pepper mix
- 2 tbsp almond milk
Air Fry at 375F for 12-15 minutes, flip halfway
Other Ingredients:
- 2-3 pcs bellpeppers
- 1 white onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- red chilies (optional)
- spring onion for garnish
Lemon Garlic Tofu
Ingredients:
- 400g regular tofu (freeze, thaw and press for 2-3 times)
Coating and Marinade:
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- pinch of lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Air Fry at 375F for 12-15 minutes, flip halfway
Lemon Garlic Sauce:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- garnish with fried garlic and spring onion.
Tofu Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
- 400g tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing)
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup sweet potato powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- additional sweet potato powder for coating
- salt to taste
airfry at 200° C for 18-20 minutes (flip halfway)
