mini brioche in the ice tray
How to cook mini brioche in the ice tray:

INGREDIENTS
- 300g (2 1/2 cups) flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 7g dry yeast
- Β½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 180ml (3/4 cup) milk
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- grated cheese
- Beaten egg
- Melted butter
METHOD
- Mix the warm milk with the yeast and sugar in a bowl. Add 2 eggs, flour, and mix.
- Add salt, and oil and mix again.
- Pour the dough on a table and massage until you get a homogeneous ball-shaped dough. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Flatten with a rolling pin until you get a thin dough. Cut several pieces the size of an ice tray.
- Sprinkle some flour on the ice tray and place a piece on top.
- With your hands, shape the ice holes well. Add grated cheese to each hole.
- Smear a beaten egg on all edges of the dough. Place another piece of dough on top. Cut off the edges.
- Sprinkle a little flour on a tray lined with baking paper. Turn the icing tray over so that the dough remains on the tray.
- Coat the entire block with beaten egg and bake for 30 minutes at 180Β°C. Spread melted margarine on the block and cut it into pieces.
