Fried spiced potatoes
Here's a special trick to make the most crispy potatoes ever!INGREDIENTS
- 2 potatoes Water 2 eggs 2g (½ tsp) salt 4g (1 tsp) chili powder 2g (1 tsp) oregano 2g (½ tsp) garlic powder 70g (½ cup) flour Oil for frying
METHOD
- Cut the potatoes into chips. Put it in a bowl and pour water over it. Leave it in the water for 15 minutes.
- Remove the potatoes from the water and dry them.
- Return the potatoes to the bowl and add the eggs, spices, and flour.
- Mix everything well and fry the potatoes in hot oil. Serve.
