Here's a special trick to make the most crispy potatoes ever!INGREDIENTS

  • 2 potatoes Water 2 eggs 2g (½ tsp) salt 4g (1 tsp) chili powder 2g (1 tsp) oregano 2g (½ tsp) garlic powder 70g (½ cup) flour Oil for frying


  1. Cut the potatoes into chips. Put it in a bowl and pour water over it. Leave it in the water for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the potatoes from the water and dry them.
  3. Return the potatoes to the bowl and add the eggs, spices, and flour.
  4. Mix everything well and fry the potatoes in hot oil. Serve.
