INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 5-6 Pieces Almond
  • 5-6 Pieces Pichtachio
  • 5-6 Pieces Cashew Nut
  • 1 Tbsp Watermelon Seed
Soak For 30 Min.
  • 1 Tbsp Custard Powder
  • ΒΌ Cup Water
  1. Mix Well
  2. Keep Aside
  3. Peel The Skin
  4. Wash Well
  5. Pour In Blender ( You Can Add 1 Tbsp Water, If Needed)
  6. Grind Smooth
  • 2 Cup Milk
  • Custard Mixture
  • A Pinch Of Soaked Saffron
  1. Mix Well
  2. Let It Boil
  • ΒΌ Cup Sugar
  • Grinded Nuts
  1. Mix Well
  2. Cook For 5 Min. In Low Flame
  3. Pour In a Bowl
  4. Cool Down Completely
  • Ice Cubes
  • Some Nuts On Top
