Crunchy Rice Flour Chocolate Cookie

Ingredients

2.7in diameter 8 cookies

25g Beaten egg
40g Cane sugar
45g Melted salted butter
●80g Rice flour

●30g Almond flower
●2g Baking powder
Chocolate (Dark or Sweet)

Directions

Preparation: Beat the egg well.
Melt butter in microwave
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
①Mix well the beaten egg, sugar and melted butter.
②Add the ingredients(●)and mix.
③Finally, add the chocolate.
④Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and press lightly to flatten.
⑤Put the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes.
