Searing the Chicken

  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • 1-inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 5 Green Cardamom Pods
  • 750 gms Chicken
  • Salt (as required)

For the Curry

  • 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/2 cup Onion Paste
  • 4-5 Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cream

For Garnish

  • Ginger & Green Chillies (juliennes)
