- 1-inch Cinnamon Stick
- 5 Green Cardamom Pods
- 750 gms Chicken
- Salt (as required)
For the Curry
- 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli Paste
- 1/2 cup Onion Paste
- 4-5 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
For Garnish
- Ginger & Green Chillies (juliennes)
