Tortilla cake
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tortilla
- 4 eggs
- Cheese
- Grated zucchini
- Ham
METHOD
- Place the tortilla in an oiled pan.
- Pour the eggs over the tortilla, then add the cheese and zucchini.
- Mix everything with a fork, then arrange the ham over it.
- Put the tortilla on top and place the lid on the pan.
- Turn the cake over and coat with oil.
- Bake until golden brown. Cut into 8 pieces and serve.
