Eggplant roll
How to cook Eggplant roll:

INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggplant
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Breadcrumbs
- Ham
- Cheese
METHOD
- Cut the eggplant into slices.
- Sprinkle them with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the eggplant in a pan, then arrange it on a baking tray.
- Arrange the ham and cheese on the eggplant, then make a roll. Sprinkle the roll with oil and bread crumbs.
- Bake at 360Β°F/180Β°C for 15 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve.
