INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggplant
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Ham
  • Cheese

METHOD

  1. Cut the eggplant into slices.
  2. Sprinkle them with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the eggplant in a pan, then arrange it on a baking tray.
  4. Arrange the ham and cheese on the eggplant, then make a roll. Sprinkle the roll with oil and bread crumbs.
  5. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 15 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve.
