Ingredients:

Bolognese Sauce

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 medium size carrot
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 pcs bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/2 -1 cup mushroom stock
  • 400g chopped tomatoes
  • dried oregano
  • dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • salt and pepper

Ground Meat Substitute

  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 80g button mushrooms
  • 200g firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • black pepper

Other Ingredients

  • cooked pasta
  • parsley for garnish
