How to cook Veggie Bolognese Pasta:

Ingredients:
Bolognese Sauce
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 red onion
- 1 medium size carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 pcs bay leaves
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 -1 cup mushroom stock
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- dried oregano
- dried thyme
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- salt and pepper
Ground Meat Substitute
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 80g button mushrooms
- 200g firm tofu
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- black pepper
Other Ingredients
- cooked pasta
- parsley for garnish
