How to cook Bread pockets:

Bread pockets

INGREDIENTS

400g flour 200ml (3/4 cup) water 1/3 tsp salt 7g dry yeast 20g (5 tsp) sugar 20ml (4 tsp) oil

METHOD

  • In a bowl mix together warm water with sugar and yeast, and add oil, flour, and salt. Let the dough rise for 3 hours.
  • Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll out each. Let it rest for another 30 minutes. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes.
  • Fill with lettuce, yogurt, and ham.
