Fluffy and flavorful!


  • 2 mango
  • 110ml (1/2 cup) of vegetable oil
  • 100g (1/2 cup) of sugar
  • 120g (1 cup) of all-purpose flour
  • 7g (1 1/2 tsp) of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  • 15g (2 tbsp) of powdered milk
  • 15ml (1 tbsp) of vinegar


  1. Cut the mangoes on both sides to get two halves. Cut the inside of each half of the mango into small cubes.
  2. Add the sugar, oil, and mango cubes into the food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mango mixture into the bowl and sift the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add the powdered milk and vinegar and mix everything well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the cake mold (20cm mold size) and level it up with the spatula. Bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
