Mango cake
How to cook Mango cake:

Fluffy and flavorful!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 mango
- 110ml (1/2 cup) of vegetable oil
- 100g (1/2 cup) of sugar
- 120g (1 cup) of all-purpose flour
- 7g (1 1/2 tsp) of baking powder
- 1/4 tsp of baking soda
- 15g (2 tbsp) of powdered milk
- 15ml (1 tbsp) of vinegar
METHOD
- Cut the mangoes on both sides to get two halves. Cut the inside of each half of the mango into small cubes.
- Add the sugar, oil, and mango cubes into the food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mango mixture into the bowl and sift the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add the powdered milk and vinegar and mix everything well.
- Transfer the mixture into the cake mold (20cm mold size) and level it up with the spatula. Bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
