Strawberry plumcake

INGREDIENTS

260g (2 cups) of flour 200ml (4/5 cup) whipping cream 2 eggs 130g (3/5 cup) sugar 40g (1/6 cup) melted butter Lemon zest 15g (3 tsp) baking powder Strawberries

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar. Add lemon zest and melted butter. Mix.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, and whipped cream. Mix well.
  3. Add chopped strawberries and mix.
  4. Pour the resulting mixture into a baking tin. Garnish with strawberries.
  5. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 35 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with strawberries. Serve.
