Strawberry plumcake

INGREDIENTS
260g (2 cups) of flour 200ml (4/5 cup) whipping cream 2 eggs 130g (3/5 cup) sugar 40g (1/6 cup) melted butter Lemon zest 15g (3 tsp) baking powder Strawberries
METHOD
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar. Add lemon zest and melted butter. Mix.
- Add flour, baking powder, and whipped cream. Mix well.
- Add chopped strawberries and mix.
- Pour the resulting mixture into a baking tin. Garnish with strawberries.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with strawberries. Serve.
