INGREDIENTS
250g conchiglioni 1 tsp salt 300g bechamel sauce Flour Breadcrumbs 3 eggs Mozzarella cheese cubes Parmesan cheese
METHOD
- Cook pasta in salted water.
- Drain well and coat in flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
