Fried stuffed conchiglioni


250g conchiglioni 1 tsp salt 300g bechamel sauce Flour Breadcrumbs 3 eggs Mozzarella cheese cubes Parmesan cheese


  1. Cook pasta in salted water.
  2. Drain well and coat in flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
