Sunflowers mini cake


200g (1 1/2 cups) flour 250ml (1 cup) water 1/2 tsp salt 3 tbsp olive oil Boiled potatoes 3 boiled eggs 3, sliced


  1. In a bowl mix together flour, oil, salt, and water. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough and make circles, fill with potato and egg slices, and top with another dough circle.
  3. Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown or bake at 170°C (340°F) for 25 minutes.
