How to cook Sunflowers mini cake:

INGREDIENTS
200g (1 1/2 cups) flour 250ml (1 cup) water 1/2 tsp salt 3 tbsp olive oil Boiled potatoes 3 boiled eggs 3, sliced
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together flour, oil, salt, and water. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and make circles, fill with potato and egg slices, and top with another dough circle.
- Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown or bake at 170°C (340°F) for 25 minutes.
