Bread baskets with eggs and ham
INGREDIENTS
12 slices of bread 150g of ham, chopped 12 eggs 60g mozzarella, shredded spinach leaves 200ml (1 cup) bechamel sauce
METHOD
- Cut off the edges of bread slices, transfer them, and press them into the muffin tray.
- Fill with ham, spinach, bechamel sauce, eggs, and cheese.
- Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 15 minutes.
