Bread baskets with eggs and ham

INGREDIENTS

12 slices of bread 150g of ham, chopped 12 eggs 60g mozzarella, shredded spinach leaves 200ml (1 cup) bechamel sauce

METHOD

  1. Cut off the edges of bread slices, transfer them, and press them into the muffin tray.
  2. Fill with ham, spinach, bechamel sauce, eggs, and cheese.
  3. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 15 minutes.
