Amazing cookies with a skimmer
INGREDIENTS
400g (3 cups) flour 150g butter 3 eggs 100ml (1/2 cup) milk 100g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar 1/2 tsp salt
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Add in flour and butter.
- Press the dough with a skimmer and make cookies.
- Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
