Potato omelette
INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes 3 eggs 4g (1 tsp) salt 10g (1 tbsp) starch Cheese Fresh parsley
METHOD
- Grate the potatoes and put them in a bowl with water to stand for a while. beat the eggs.
- Drain the potatoes and add the starch and salt. Mix well and pour over with eggs and parsley.
- Fry the halve of the mixture in the pan until done, then take out and pour the other half of the mixture into the pan. When almost done, arrange the cheese slices and fold with the first half.
- Bake until cheese is melted. Serve.
