INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Gram Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • Mix Well
  • Keep For 15 Min.
  • Sieve
  • 3 Tbsp Ghee
  • Gram Flour

Roast In Low Flame

Roast For 8-10 Min.

  • ½ Cup Malai/ Milk Cream

Roast In Low Flame

  • Add 1-2 Tbsp Ghee (If Needed)

Roast For 8-10 Min.

Keep Aside

Making Sugar Syrup:

  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • ½ Cup Water
  • ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
  1. Let It Boil
  2. Cook Until 1 String Consistency
  3. Add Sugar Syrup
  4. Mix Well
  5. Grease Oil on 5 Inch Mould
  6. Pour
  7. Spread Well
  8. Spread Nuts
  9. Set For 5-6 Hours In Room Temperature
