INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
- 1 Cup Gram Flour
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 2 Tbsp Ghee
- Mix Well
- Keep For 15 Min.
- Sieve
- 3 Tbsp Ghee
- Gram Flour
Roast In Low Flame
Roast For 8-10 Min.
- ½ Cup Malai/ Milk Cream
Roast In Low Flame
- Add 1-2 Tbsp Ghee (If Needed)
Roast For 8-10 Min.
Keep Aside
Making Sugar Syrup:
- ½ Cup Sugar
- ½ Cup Water
- ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
- Let It Boil
- Cook Until 1 String Consistency
- Add Sugar Syrup
- Mix Well
- Grease Oil on 5 Inch Mould
- Pour
- Spread Well
- Spread Nuts
- Set For 5-6 Hours In Room Temperature
