- 1 Cup Poha/ Flattened Rice
- Wash With Water
- 2 Tbsp Water
- Soak For 5 Min.
- 4 Slice of Bread
- Break Into Small Pieces
- Pour In Blender
- Make Crumb
- Soaked Flattened Rice
- Mash Well
- Bread Crumb
- Mix Well
- ΒΌ Cup Curd
- 2 Tbsp Onion
- 1 Tspn Chilli Flakes
- Salt as Per Taste
- Β½ Tspn Cumin Powder
- Β½ Tspn Garam Masala Powder
- Β½ Tspn Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Green Chilli
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
- Mix Well
- Make Shape
- Fry in Medium Heated Oil
- Fry Until Golden Brown
