INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • Β½ Cup Mango Puree
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • ΒΌ Cup Suji / Semolina
  • 1 And Β½ Cup Milk
  1. Mix Gradually
  2. Keep For 15 Min.

Making Sugar Syrup :

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Cardamom
  • Some Saffron
  1. Cook Until 1 String Consistency
  2. Smooth Consistency
  3. Heat Up Some Oil
  4. Pour Batter
  5. Fry In Medium Heated Oil
  6. Fry Until Golden Color
  7. Dip In Sugar Syrup
  8. Dry Fruits
