INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
- Β½ Cup Mango Puree
- 1 Cup Flour
- ΒΌ Cup Suji / Semolina
- 1 And Β½ Cup Milk
- Mix Gradually
- Keep For 15 Min.
Making Sugar Syrup :
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Cardamom
- Some Saffron
- Cook Until 1 String Consistency
- Smooth Consistency
- Heat Up Some Oil
- Pour Batter
- Fry In Medium Heated Oil
- Fry Until Golden Color
- Dip In Sugar Syrup
- Dry Fruits
