INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
- ½ Cup Ghee
- 1 Cup Gram Flour / Besan
Roast In Low Flame
Stir Continuously
Roast For 10 Min. In Low Flame
- ¾ Cup Powder Milk
Mix Well
Making Sugar Syrup:
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
Bring It to Boil
Boil For 5 Min. In Medium Flame
- ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
- Cook Until One String Consistency
- Add Sugar Syrup
- Mix Well
- Grease Oil on 5 Inch Mould
- Place a Baking Paper
- Pour
- Spread Well
- Spread Nuts
- Set For 1 Hour In Room Temperature
