INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • ½ Cup Ghee
  • 1 Cup Gram Flour / Besan

Roast In Low Flame
Stir Continuously
Roast For 10 Min. In Low Flame

  • ¾ Cup Powder Milk

Mix Well

Making Sugar Syrup:

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water

Bring It to Boil
Boil For 5 Min. In Medium Flame

  • ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
  1. Cook Until One String Consistency
  2. Add Sugar Syrup
  3. Mix Well
  4. Grease Oil on 5 Inch Mould
  5. Place a Baking Paper
  6. Pour
  7. Spread Well
  8. Spread Nuts
  9. Set For 1 Hour In Room Temperature
