22.5mL Port
15mL Cream
15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
Egg Yolk
Instructions
- Dry shake the egg white (see video)
- Add the remaining ingredients to your cocktail shaker
- Strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
