Salt potatoes


8 potatoes 1kg (4 cups) salt 3 egg whites Fresh thyme Fresh rosemary 2 tbsp olive oil Pepper


  1. In a bowl mix together salt with egg whites and fresh herbs.
  2. Transfer 1/2 mixture into the pan, top with potatoes, and another 1/2 of the mixture.
  3. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 1 hour.
