Parigina
INGREDIENTS
- 150ml (3/4 cup) of tomato sauce
- Dried oregano
- Salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Bread slices
- 150g of cooked ham
- 150g of cheese
- 150g of provola cheese
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- Sesame seeds
METHOD
- In a small bowl add the tomato sauce, dried oregano, salt, extra virgin olive oil, and mix.
- Arrange the bread slices on the pan covered with parchment paper and cover with prepared tomato sauce. Arrange the ham, then cheese cubes and provola cheese on slices.
- Cover with puff pastry and seal well on all sides. Prick the puff pastry with the fork.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 35 minutes.
