Egg stuffed bread

INGREDIENTS

6 bread rolls 5 eggs 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled 100 g Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 tsp pepper

METHOD

  1. In a bowl mix together eggs with salt, pepper, bacon, and cheese.
  2. In bread rolls make a whole and fill them with prepared egg mixture. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
