60mL Pisco
30mL Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes of Bitters
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your mixing glass
- Stir for 20-25 seconds or until adequately diluted
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a twist of orange
