The perfect idea for a tasty breakfast for the whole family!


1 tortilla 5 eggs 1 tbsp chopped parsley 2 tbsp grated Parmesan 12 cherry tomatoes 50g chopped ham 12 tsp salt 13 tsp black pepper


  1. Place tortilla into the pan, add in eggs, ham, parsley, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
