Egg breakfast
The perfect idea for a tasty breakfast for the whole family!
INGREDIENTS
1 tortilla 5 eggs 1 tbsp chopped parsley 2 tbsp grated Parmesan 12 cherry tomatoes 50g chopped ham 12 tsp salt 13 tsp black pepper
METHOD
- Place tortilla into the pan, add in eggs, ham, parsley, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
