INGREDIENTS

  • Puff pastry
  • 300g minced meat
  • 50g onion
  • 5g salt
  • 5g black pepper
  • 150 g grated cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes

METHOD

  1. Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, and onion. Form small balls.
  2. Cut several medium puff pastry circles. Place the discs on a baking tray. Use a skewer and prick each disc several times.
  3. Place 5 meatballs on each disc.
  4. With a spoon wrap each ball around the pastry to form a flower.
  5. Fill the center of the disk with grated cheese, press down, and add a Cherry tomato to each flower.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 200ºC (392ºF).
