70sec microwave Butter Cake

Ingredients
3.9in diameter ramekin

Heat Treat Flour: easy- to- make amount

  • 150g All-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder

①Spread the flour on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160℃ for 14 minutes.
②Cool flour completely.
③When completely cooled, place in a ziplock bag, add baking powder and mix well.
*Store in airtight container or jar with lid.
*Once your flour is heat treated you can use it in any no-bake recipe that calls for flour!

●Butter cake

  • 15g Salted butter, melted
  • 10g Granulated sugar
  • 10g Light brown sugar
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 30g Heat Treat Flour
  • 15g Chocolate chips

① In a bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar and Light brown sugar.
②Add egg yolks and mix.
③ Add the baked flour and mix well, then add the chocolate chips and mix well.
④Wrap fluffy and heat at 600w for 70 seconds and done!
